Silkie chicken scaly face

Hi I am really new to owning chickens (silkies) we bought them yesterday from a feed store and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the skin on their face is normal from stres maybe or is it lice? Thanks in advance for any help!

Can barely make out anything in the dark but, maybe mites, or skin disease. Do they frequently rub their faces on the roost or anything else handy (like it itches them)?
