I have a silkie boy whom I at have to slaughter because of the noise, any advise and support for the first time?

I got lucky the place I brought my 3 week old chicks for found a home for him so he and the hen of the same kind of silkie have gone to a home he can crow all he likes at.

There meat and bones are black blue in color they are a bit gameier then your norm chicken but still taste good.
