Silkie Cockerel or Hen or both?? Color pattern?

My son and I have been debating the sex of these silkies since we got them I’m June. I believe they are about 10-12 weeks old. I’ll breakdown the 3:

Pics 1-3: I *think* it’s a cockerel. Definitely the largest. Is he partridge color? Is he bearded? I think he’s only be pet quality as he/she only has 4 toes.

Pics 4-6: I also think cockerel. 2nd to largest. Would the coloring be buff? Does have 5 toes. Likes to “square off against above silkie.

Pics 7-8: smallest of the 3. 5 toes. Pronounced bump on top of head. Partridge coloring as well?
