Silkie Color Help!

Wondering if this will be black, silver, or blue silkie? The tips of its wings are white and it has a white spot on the back of its head.. hope this helps!

With only the wing tips being white, I would say either blue, splash or white (I have seen photos of birds with that colour of down feather in white, although it is unusual). However, with a white spot on the head, I am thinking maybe blue cuckoo? Do you have a photo that shows that spot?

whats cuckoo? Does this mean it isnt a silkie or just a diff breed of silkie?

Silkie is the breed. Cuckoo is one of many varieties (colours/colour patterns). Cuckoo is a recognised colour, but not in silkies. It looks like fuzzy black and white stripes, or in the case of your bird, blue and white stripes. A regular (not blue) cuckoo silkie from feathersite:
