silkie color

This is a baby silkie. But what color is it? It was darker grey when hatched but is getting lighter (only 2 weeks old). Not sure which hen rooster it came from. We believe it was a blue rooster and a white hen but our roosters figured out how to cross sections they were kept in.

Still unsure of gender.
