Silkie Coloring.....Still A Splash??

Hi guys,
I bought blue silkies a while back, (6 weeks ago, to be exact.) I posted a thread to see if my color suspicions were correct, and everyone seemed to agree. Here is a pic:

We all agreed that these, left to right, were: Blue, Splash, Black.

Well, as time has progressed, the 'splash' has turned blue as well, just lighter. I'm losing hope on it.....i really wanted a splash. The blue and black are still accurate. But, here are some pics:

Can anyone tell me if you think these are still correct? TIA!

I'm certainly no expert, not even remotely. However, just looking at the pictures, I see #1 - blue, #2 - blue mottled, which I would call a probable splash, #3 - black.

Yeah, they are from a hatchery, so there wouldn't be blue mottled, or anything.... I think just blue, back, or splash....

Heh, I meant that it looked bluish and mottled, so I'd tend to assume it was a splash. Not that it looked like a color called 'blue mottled'... didn't even know there was such a thing.

Okay. Thanks! I guess I was just imagining it would stay whitefish, then just get black splotches.
When I posted this, I always debate on whether to put it in this forum, or in the breed, gender, forum! I know it belongs in is one, but then I don't hardly ever get replies!
