Silkie/cream leg bar mixes question

OH! That is SUPER interesting!! Okay may I also ask then, what color egg would a female produce? Would it be blue or a blue/green or would it be silkie cream colored?
Thank you so much!
Yes female should lay blue eggs though these will be quite a bit lighter as a rule than the ones from the cream legbars due to the influence from the silkies egg genes. Egg color genetics are more complicated but you can expect a light blue or green egg from these crosses.😊

I just did this cross with a white leghorn cross female and a silkie rooster. The female chick has dark olive green legs and an olive green beak and black skin which is most evident by looking under the wings. The male chick has also a lighter olive green colored legs but a much lighter beak and white skin.😊
