The lady thought this was a silkie. He has hooked feathers, but t the turquoise earlobes, five black toes… what cross do you think this hilarious and kind Fellow is?

I have crossed beardless silkie roo with leghorn hen. Excited to see how many hens and roos and what they look like ♥️. They are growing super fast it's crazy to see giant 5 toes in a baby chick. In the first two pictures they are 2 weeks old. The next two are 3 weeks old.

These are our 4 month old Silkie crosses. The mother is Partridge Silkie, and the fathers are Rhode Island Red or Rhode Island Red / Legbar. Their feathers are still in the process of changing colours. The red and black rooster's chest is turning black from red.

So update. All of our crosses that had peach skin ended up being roos and we had one that had black skin that was a female. So I think the s*** at birth thing is correct. We had two others that had black skin that died before they became bigger.
