Silkie crosses

I just brought home a little silkie/EE cross last night. I am pretty sure its a little girl. I know pure bred silkies do not lay well because they go broody so often. Any one have experience with crosses? Do you think she will take after the EE side when it comes to that?

Ok, thanks. I was just curious if this broody behavior is always dominate. No matter. She is beautiful either way. If she is a good layer I may do more of that cross though. She is just adorable.
