Were looking into adding a silkie duck to our flock. Our ducks are companions and i'm looking into using them for Pet Assisted Therapy.
I need to know how social they are with other birds. Are they nervous? We have runners. theyre supposed to be a nervous breed but mine are social butterflies! Anyone have any silkie experience? Ive heard they make good broodies. would they hatch runner eggs?
