This baby is 2m 1w old, hatched on 6/12. I'm leaning on a cockerel, but want some others opinions.

The chick's name is Ragtop. Rooster is a partridge Silkie, hen Easter Egger as he was in a light brown egg. I have Starlight Olive and Olive Eggers that lay medium or darker olive eggs. My light E.E. lays blue eggs and my darker E.E.'s lay blue, light brown or light green eggs.

Thanks for your input 🙂.

That looks like a cockerel to me.
My thought too. Now to wait to hear if he'll sound like a bantam or standard roo. I hope he keeps his gentle disposition. My last E.E. rooster had to be put down due to his aggressiveness towards other roosters and me at times. He was gorgeous, but deadly to other roosters.

Cockerel, red leakage and big comb are good indicators
Am I right in thinking this white/gray & the all white are pullets? Chicks were hatched 6/24. The white definitely is bantam size, momma hen is a Starlight Olive Egger, not sure which of my 2 partridge Silkies is papa.

Thanks.

Mr Ragtop...
Definitely. I suspected a cockerel so he got named like my other 4 - after something automotive. Ragtop after a convertible. He'll later either join the main pen with Edelbrock (Brock) and Carter or with his dad (whichever of the 2 Silkie's is papa) in their pen. They're named Chevy and Ford. And yes, I had a Dodge but a hawk killed him 5 months ago.
