Silkie eggs

Aha, makes sense. Mine are the standard although I somehow wound up with a miniature. I haven't hatched any of her tiny eggs as I wasn't sure I wanted any more little runts running around the yard. 😂
I've got 4 Show Stock Bantam Silkies, they hatched at 21 days as well. At least most of my Bantams have(other then silkie).
Miniature, do you mean Dwarf/petite?

Does this look normal? Heard chirping and see this one had cracked the shell.

That's an external pip. May wanna open the membrane, since the chick failed to. It won't hurt, but it's what I do for extra insurance that the chick can breathe.

How do I do that without shrink wrapping it
It won't shrink wrap when you take it out of the incubator. Just take the unhatched chick out of the incubator, & take a toothpick, poke the middle of the membrane, & peel some of it back, then put it back in the incubator.

I open the incubator alot during hatching, & never had shrink wrapping happen.
Only time I had a shrink wrapping incident was when my mom failed to add water to the incubator early in the morning during hatching. It was down 14% for several hours.
