What do you get if you cross these colors of silkies? My 2 roo's are Buff and white (blue roo coming soon!) and my girls are white, splash, blue, and buff

Splash x buff?

Buff x white?

White x buff?

White x splash?

Buff x splash?

Blue x white?

Blue x buff?

Also I have seen porcelain and buff splash silkies. What do you breed to get those 2 colors?

It's one of those questions that is posted so often it should have a sticky.

white X white = white
white X anything else in completely unpredictable

buff X blue/splash will give you some blue birds, some buffs with any black diluted (or possibly not if it gets a not-blue gene from a blue cross) and some that are a pretty mix, but not of any standard variety.

So if I bred white (roo) to a splash hen is their any possibility of getting a splash?

Possibly, but I would rate the chances as being very poor, at best.
