Looks like a pair, but from the picture it is very hard to tell. The one on the left looks pretty Rooish. The one on the right could be a hen I don't see any streamers, but need a front view.

Streamers:

See the small reddish feathers coming out of the crest? These normally indicate a male silkie

Pullets do not develop streamers, their crests stay a globular shape like this:

It looks pretty good that you have a pair.

The second set of pictures you posted you can see the streamers coming off of the roosters head on the right hand side. Which are the longer feathers sticking out on the back of his head. Hope this helps explain it for you.

Yep, if they are the same age, I'd say you have a pair.
Comb is evident on the right, and in comparison the one on the left looks much more like a hen.
