Silkie gender? 10 weeks & strange behavior

Anyone have any guesses on this silkies gender? 10 weeks old, significantly smaller than my other 10 week old chicks (and smallest silkie) and extremely docile. Kind of just stands there and doesnt, barely pecks, doesn’t eat treats, but she/he has been like that their entire life. I don’t know if something is wrong with her/him maybe not eating enough food or being bullied away from food?

I would say they are too young 3-5 more weeks to get a good guess. Keep in mind silkies take longer to know the gender! But you have some adorable chicks!!
