Silkie gender please?

Hi there!!

I have an unsexed silkie that I suspect is a rooster, but a friend of mine thinks it is a hen with a big comb and waddle.

Is 8 weeks old today, others have tiny or nonexistent combs and waddles, no sound from any of them.
The chick in question is the only one who doesn’t want to be pet, and puffs and stands up when I’m petting the others. Also, is the only silkie with some defined tail feathers appearing to be the start of a roosters tail, all others are just fluff. Also, it likes to pick fights with the others.
Any ideas?
