Silkie gender

Hi everyone. So I'm looking forward to buy a Silkie from a friend of mine. The problem is I'm having difficulty to know whether it's a rooster or a hen as it seems that it has both features. Can you all help me out.

That has the look of a rooster to me, because it seems the tail has streamers, the comb is pretty large, and his face seems the masculine quality of a rooster. Adorable Silkie!

Thanks for your help. I was leaning towards rooster too. The hackle feathers and the streamers had me thinking rooster. It's good cause I was hoping to buy him for my 4 silkie hens.
