Silkie gender

I have two silkies both are same age and totally different sizes and shapes I thought one was a boy and the other was a girl but now I’m not so sure. They are about 8 weeks old and I know silkie development very slow I’m hoping someone can tell a little better than I can.

They are pretty young, but thats quite a bit of growth...my guess is two cockerels.

I bought the eggs online and hatched them myself. It’s crazy because the one is almost two times the size of the other.

I wouldn't be surprised if both were males then.

It’s so funny because the white one is so tiny. I guess I figure the male would be bigger. These are my first Silkies and they have been so different in so many ways but I love them all the same!

Silkies are so lovable! I agree to wait a little longer for the black bird.

He may catch up in size later. My males have major growth spurts at around 3-4 months.
