Thats a hen, if it were a rooster, part of the crest wound br cut out to allow a pretty comb to grow. She is quite beautiful actually, I mean, look at her huge beard! Her tight hackle feathers are also an indication that it is a hen. And her round, streamer-free crest. Her body conformity in the last pic confirms my prediction, as a rooster would be slightly taller and more spread out, while hens are ball-shaped.
