Silkie getting bullied!

Around two weeks ago I added my smaller flock into my big flock. Everything went quite smoothly until now. My one silkie is getting bullied. She is missing most of her head feathers and has a little bit of dried blood. Please I need advise!

She does have a rooster that does try to protect her but it doesn't always work

I personally don't put my Silkies in with my large fowl, but have had mixes (I have one LF hen with the Silkies) that have been fine in the LF coop. The mixes were hatched in the LF coop. If I were to put a grown silkie with a large fowl flock I would treat it like a chick introduction. I would have hiding places (not traps), extra feeders and waterers and possibly an area with an opening small enough that large birds can't get in, but the silkie could.
