About 12 feather boas that I hot-glued to a white sweatshirt and white leggings. Found the slippers at Target (total score!) and covered a chef hat with more feathers. I keep finding feathers all over my house!! Darn thing cost a fortune. Who knew feather boas were so expensive!!!
