its a little tuft of feathers on the front of the neck. hes the only one who has it. I am going to take him to the vet tomorrow...

Well today is day 18 on hatch #2 i had to toss 3 eggs.We lost power for a little while so i hope all is good

Hatching advice needed! I have a chick whos been working on a small hole the size of a pencil for almost 24 hrs now. I thought it was a goner, but this morning I heard cheeping and saw the beak working on the egg. Nothing for the last 2 hours, any advice? this is day 21, not late, but can the chick stay in the shell like that for long?

well i am on day 19 and they are starting to crack there selfs out.I was not sure because of the power thing but i guess they fooled me.

I will have cuckoo silkie eggs in a few days I will be setting. Incubator has been running for 2 days now holding temp at 101 and humidity running 35-40% I AM SUPER EXCITED!
