Silkie hen or roo?

I cannot tell if this is a masculine hen or a feminine roo! The comb is small, the waddles are big. It is large and somewhat aggressive-but not super aggressive. It buck buck bucks around the pen but also spends its mornings "moaning" (almost crowing but not quite) thoughts??

Silkies can be tricky, but that looks like a cockerel to me.

Yup, cockerel. Silkie pullets are dainty little things with slender legs and minimal comb/wattles.
