Silkie hen or rooster???

Hi I'm Emma and I hatch chicks I have this one silkie that I think is old enough to tell weather it's a male or female it's about a month and half its name is cookie and been my favorite from the day it hatched here's some pictures of her

It's hard to tell, but with those little "tassles" in its 'fro it might be a roo. And it must be a mix between silkie and naked-neck, is that right?

It's a mix with silkie and showgirl so yea

A showgirls feathers don't look like regular silkie feathers they look more on the line of a regular chicken so my cookie looks more like it's mother which is the showgirl

At a month and a half, that chick has an awful lot of comb development. I'm not sure, but I think it's a cockerel.

I'm unsure what gender your chick is, so I say wait another month and then post again. I have a chick in my grow out pen who I thought for sure was a male, but now I'm fairly positive its a female.
