Silkie hen sitting on eggs for a day then leaving them for a few hours

My silkie hen has laid 11 eggs so far, her first clutch, she started sitting on them yestaday afternoon and stayed there for the rest of the day, then all night too, but the next morning she went into the garden and didn't return to the eggs. A few hours later I picked her up and put her next to her eggs, ddn't take a minute for her to sit on them again once she saw them.

Will the eggs be ok after that? They were incubed for about 16 hours and then nothing to keep them warm for a 2-3 hours until I got her to sit on them again. They won't be ruined will they?
