I just bought a blue silkie hen. She was supposedly born sometime last november...she isn't what I would call"show quality" from what I've seen on pics (I am not sure when they should look their best when it comes to feathering)..

Anyway, this guy said that white silkies don't have the blue ears..is this true...he sold me a rooster (which I don't like because he's not nice...anyone interested, let me know).

I didn't see the blue ears on the rooster, but on the hen yes....

All silkies should have turquoise earlobes.
