Silkie laid shellless egg, no eggs since

My silkie laid a shell less egg on Friday. The membrane was hanging off of her vent whih was protruding. We removed the membrane and pushed her vent back in. Since then she has been sitting in her nest hardly moving. No eggs since. We move her to the tractor to eat and drink then she sits down in the grass. She goes right back to her nest once in the coop. Her vent is clean and clear. Is this broody? Could she be egg bound? I'm worried especially since we lost our Ameracauna 2 weeks ago to egg bound.

This does not sound like she is broody. I would treat her like she is egg bound.
