Silkie laying on back, conscious, but unable to move

We all are. But head pecking probably ain't the cause.

Could be bad genetics. Some heart attacks result in chickens on their backs.

From observing them when they moved in until now, they really don't peck them nearly as much if at all. The adults are actually hanging out with them and cuddling them at night. This is going on week 3 or 4 of them being in the large coop. Are any of you familiar with Mareks? I've been doing some reading and I'm scared that may be the case
