I know rightI literally just choked on my discount Walmart milk that is the cutest baby face Ive ever done seen

I don’t dare use scissors around the vent area. I do what you have done and moisten it and use oil, but if it still won’t come off, and if it is only attached to a few feathers, I usually just pull it off quickly. Like ripping off a band aid. It pulls a few feathers out but is much better than having poop keep accumulating there. Don’t try this if it is stuck to the skin, or a huge clump of feathers. Just loosen it as much as you can and pull it off.Popcorns got quite a poopy butt
A big clump of dry poo covering the back side....I've moistened it up with a wet paper tower and dabbed a little oil on it.
Managed to get a little of with the paper.
Any suggestions?
