Silkie not laying

I was wondering if it is normal for an almost year old silkie hen to not lay. Ive maybe had 2 or 3 eggs from her since I have her.... Is this normal? I got another silkie who is about 6months ish and she isn't laying either,.... I currently have two silkie hens in my flock of 10 and I get eggs from all the rest but them...

First of all, silkies are not a great producing breed. Their production is poor actually. However I'd expect more than 2 or 3 eggs by a year of age.
What are they fed?

17% layer i can post a photo tomorrow i dont even think the brand is written on the bag

I don't feed layer feed. I feed a Grower finisher feed and supply Oyster shell in a separate bowl.
