Silkie or not?

Was told these were silkies, came from the same bin at the feed store. Thinking they aren’t also thinking the fluffy one is a roo?

Pic two looks like a cochin, and yes, the other fluffy one is a silkie cockerel.

The smooth feathered one looks like either a cochin or a cochin bantam and the fluffy one is a silkie!
