Silkie puller or roo

I have two silkie chicks that are about 9 weeks old. Any thoughts. I think the black one is a pullet and I'm not sure about the golden one. Also included pics of EE that I'm pretty sure is a puller as well her body color is just really unique!

I believe that silkies are notoriously difficult to sex until they are almost reach maturity. I hope that some silkie experts will be able to help, but don't hold your breath

For the Silkies you will have to wait a little longer 12 or more weeks before you can tell.

I see no saddle feathers on the EE

My guess is the EE = Pullet, pea comb with single row Both Silkies look like Cockerels to me, although Silkies are really difficult to sex....The Black one's feathering on it's head is spiked & not rounded, the white one showing alot of comb. Just guessing

For the silkies could turn any way male or female...just wait.

Thanks! Yeah my last group of three silkies I had last year I thought for sure I had some roosters and they all ended up girls so figured crossed on these ones! I will post more pics in a month to show how they have changed! Thanks!

Silkies are best to attempt sexing at 4-5 mos. Though some will not reveal their gender till they crow or lay.
