Hi folks! I need some help - I'm somewhat new to chickens (have always had pigeons, and the occasional chicken, but this is my first little official flock).

I have a little silkie/brabanter pullet I got on June 18 (she was about 2 months old?). I kept her quarantined for about 3 weeks (and on medicated feed) from my little flock of 6 bantams. They now all spend the days together with my 2 guineafowl keets (who are almost 8 weeks old) in a 20x40' covered chicken yard, but all are separate at night (they still won't let her in the coop at night so she sleeps in her quarantine cage in my house, and the guineas have their own sleeping pen on my deck because they are spoiled cuddle-crazy nutjobs).

Friday night everyone was fine and I left for the weekend. (I always handle them all as they go into their coops and cages to check everyone out - she wasn't thin or anything)

The flock stayed in their combo coop/run while I was away, silkie stayed in her cage in the house. Came home yesterday, and this morning went to put everyone out in the play yard - but when I went to get the silkie I knew something was wrong.

She is SUPER thin, just like skin and bones. Seems she barely ate any of her feed all weekend (maybe a half cup?). Can barely stay upright, diarrhea (not crusted, but messy/wet, I gently rinsed off and dried her bum); she took slightly sugared water from a dropper willingly, then after a few minutes drank regular water on her own and is still taking from my dropper too. She had food and water, house was comfortable, same set up as usual. Other chickens seem fine. Guineas seem fine.

I know what I'd do for pigeons in this case - but wondering what meds I should administer to her and obviously everyone else since they've been in contact. I'm ready to run to Tractor Supply for electrolytes and whatever else. All I have at home are pigeon meds.

Crop doesn't seem impacted or anything.
Help. I love this little girl. (This is her normally - the color of the poop in the pic is a bit off due to lighting, the whites were actually white, just very runny). She is currently resting in my sink on a bed of towels and paper towel, she is calm and fairly alert right now, tame as always too. Offering her a little water from the dropper every few minutes.

You can see video of her here on my IG:

Update: she is eating on her own and drinking, but can't seem to get up and walk around - she stumbles and has a hard time (and still has diarreah). What could cause this and what meds should I get her on?

I haven't done anything with her yet, she seemed so healthy after the three weeks on the med feed and she came from someone who vax and cares well for their flock, so I kept her on the med feed and figured since she wasn't showing any signs of illness I'd let her hang with the gang.
I usually deworm annually everyone together, so I figured I'd get her then. No blood in the stools or anything.
My thought was cocci too - would that cause the inability to get up and walk around?
I'm thinking now the reason she got so thin was if she woke up Sat unable to walk she maybe wasn't standing up to eat or drink. Because she is really eating now.. and drinking... just can't get up.

Oh an hour ago I did give her one pill of Furaltadone 15mg/Ronidazole 10% - I was desperate. I used it on my sebright hen who was sick when I got her for a week and it did the trick. (It's what I use on my pigeons and they are the same size)

It treats e-coli, paratyphoid, coccidiosis and canker. I could take her off the medicated feed (contains amprolium) and continue the pills for a week to see if that helps, if she makes it.

Yeah she doesn't seem to have any injuries, legs seem "ok" but toes curled and she stumbles and falls over. Nothing feels or looks broken. I feel terrible that of course she got sick and couldn't get to her food and water dishes while I was away - when normally every night she sits on me for cuddles so I would have noticed right away on Saturday had I been here. I'm glad she is eating and drinking but no idea what would cause this inability to walk.

Here she is eating:
