Silkie pullet with a cold/pneumonia?

I have a silkie that was fine on Saturday but didn't leave the coop on Sunday. I picked her up Sunday evening and although her legs seem to be functioning she isn't moving. Her wings flap just fine also. I noticed today that she sounds croupy. She seems to have a cold or maybe pneumonia. Any suggestions? I have a mixed flock of 7 pullets and 1 cockerel. All other chicks are fine.

Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? Have you seen any swelling around eyes, eye foam or drainage, nasal drainage, or sneezing?

No new birds. I didn't notice any foam or drainage. I will look again in the morning. She did almost sound like she was coughing though.
