Silkie pullet

I hatched some Silkies and rehomed all but 1 i’m about 99% sure she’s a pullet. Hatched September 3rd.Opinions?

That’s a tough one. I want to say cockerel but it could go either way.
“She” has a lady voice and doesnt and any comb development. Here’s a cockerel that’s a couple months younger than her and he has such a big comb already it makes me think she’s a pullet.
