I have 4 silkies. They are all 8 weeks old. One is half the size of the other three. Of the other three - one has tail feathers that point up and s/he stands much taller. I know it is early but should I be wondering if perhaps that one is a he? The other two have tail feathers that are low, pointing back and down. They wander around with their heads lower and are less upright.

Much too young to tell. Once in a while you will get an extra small bird, a dwarf. It probably inherited extra bantam genes (there are 4 separate genes, most are recessive). If at 6 months one is still taller, you might strart thinking boy, but not yet.
