silkie question...???...need answer

well we will see what i get.... my hen is on 16 eggs now.... due to hatch may 14th. I will post pics of them when they hatch out.

I love mixed colored silkies and keep a mixed color pen. I have had wonderful looking birds I have mixed buff with white and buff with black and white with black and gray with black. It may not be standard but I love it!!!

I don't stress too much over color and standards either but some people do. I want to be able to trade and sell eggs but there are a limited # of people who want the eggs if colors are mixed. so eventually i will get a white roo to go with my white hens. I am gonna have to post a pic of my 5mo old silkie hen... i think you would call her partridge but i am no color expert so we will see what everyone says.
