Silkie question

So just trying to determine if my silkie is not pruning herself properly or nothing to worry about. Pictures below show white casing around feathers. Never seen her pluck bad feathers or anything. Just wonder if it's normal or should I be doing some kind of pruning on her or just leave it all alone because it's normal?

I have a bunch of silkies like that. They seem okay. I wouldn't worry about it for now, just keep an eye on her!
