Silkie Question

[Cavendish Chickens]

Does anyone know of a farm near Summit County, Ohio that sells Silkie eggs? Husband wants to hatch some, but we're not sure where to find them, and don't want to order any that need to be shipped. A friend told us of a farm about 50 minutes away, but we can't remember the name of it to look it up. If anyone knows a place, please let us know. Thanks!

Is there nowhere around this area where we can find fertile silkie eggs? My husband wants to hatch and raise some so bad. I feel bad because we found breeds I wanted, but the only one he wants we can't find.

Have you tried looking on the "Where am I? Where are you?" threads for a thread from Ohio? That would be your best shot, or a nearby state if you live close to the border in Ohio. You can also try the "Chicken Hatching eggs" thread.
