My rooster is very loud he likes to see if anyone is paying attention..LOL My hen (Momma) Is loud when she lays she is louder then my rooster crowing.

My silkie roo, Mr. Fluffypants, was the most idiotic loud rooster ever. He crowed 24/7, it was terrible. All night long. It's like, do you never sleep, man? I missed his cute mug, but gladly sold him.

My silkie roo crows constantly. I sometimes wish the BO roo that is easily 4 times his size would knock some sense into the crowing maniac. I think the little guy has a Napoleon complex, and has to let everyone know how studly he is. I don't know if all silkie roos are like that but if I get rid of a roo, it won't be the buff orp.

Funny mine are just the opposite. The two silkie roos hardly make any noise, but my buff orpington about breaks your eardrums! He crows whenever he feels like it.

My two silkie roos are a pain in the butt with the noise!! They do it mostly the first half of the day, but it is annoying as heck and I am waiting for neighbors to complalin! The girls are VERY MEEK and MILD little princesses that hardly make a peep unless they are laying...then a little noise for a moment.
