Silkie roo or pullet

I have 4 silkies that hatched in December and three I can tell gender but this last one has me unsure. Tail makes me think little roo but it’s hair isn’t near as crazy as my other Roos. What do you guys think?

Thanks everyone. I would think so too as she is smaller but her tail looks so much like my roosters tails. It’s longer then all my hens which is why I’m so confused.
