Silkie Roo or Pullet

I'm not entirely sure. From the comb/wattle development and crest, I'd lean towards pullet. But, the tail feathers look a bit suspicious.

That was exactly my thought. It looks like a pullet, but I'm a bit nervous about those pointed sickle feathers coming from the tail. If eebee had given a younger age for the bird, I would have said, cockerel, but at 5 months, I don't see the comb/wattle and crest development I would have expected for a Silkie that age. This is a good example of why Silkies can be tough to sex.
 
Thanks for your feedback I have a splash silkie that i purchased at the same time and he for sure is a roo crowing and dark red crest and waddle this one has confused me!
