Silkie roo?

I got some white silkie bantam chicks at the beginning of March. I know it’s difficult to figure out their sex when they’re so young, but I have one “odd ball” silkie that I’m wondering if he’s a roo.
his head isn’t as poofy like the rest of them and his comb is a lot more bulbous I guess you could say. He also has waddles unlike the other ones, and is slightly larger.
Any thoughts from the experts??
