Silkie Rooster or Hen?

please help me, I want this to be a hen, but will be happy if he is not a she. Behavior is laid back, likes to get dirty, lowest in pecking order in a flock of 12, seems to be more timid than out going.

I would say it's a hen. Hens tend to have a dark tint to their feathers when their born.
