Hey! I have a bantam silkie rooster with a bum toe that curls under his foot, causing him to walk on it. This has, in turn, caused extreme swelling of the bum toe, pain (I assume) and limping. If I tape his rear toes together, his toe stays off the ground and he walks great until the tape falls off. Should I have his angry toe cut off or what????? Thanks for any help.

vet tape may hold better and longer.theres a thread on here somewhere giving the correct dosage for aspirin.they say its good for the pain, but im know expert...

The correct dosage for aspirin is one tablet per gallon of water. I would try some vet wrap and wrap the toes together and see if this helps.
