Silkie Run

I am trying to decide the size needed for 6 silkies- i have been reading all sorts of recommendations- current possibility is 6 x 10 run? Too small?

Most people say about ten square feet per a bird in the run so that should be perfect. The only thing though is if you decide you want more chickens (which most likely will happen) then you may want to make it bigger. But also since silkies are bantams you might be able to get away with it although it always better to have extra room. If they are going to be in the run at all times then I would stick with the ten square feet per each silkie.
