so, I have 7 silkies they are about 14 weeks old and I want some gender confirmation. I can tell what sex most of them are, but there are a couple that are confusing me.
Also I will be keeping 1 cockerel and 3 pullets, I would love your input on which cockerel I should keep!

My guesses:
Cockerel, HUGE, very little crest, will not be keeping!
Cockerel, medium size, candidate
Cockerel, smaller, but not by much, candidate
The rest look like pullets, I probably won’t keep the first pullet.

The first one is a male. I say this because he looks eerily similar to one of my boys. I hope he's nicer than mine. Plus, his structure isn't dainty - he has thicker legs, more developed waddles/comb, and has tuft streamers. (Though, one of my Silkie girls had a comb just that size and style.)

The second one maybe a male as well. It's hard to judge his size compared to the first one because of his positioning in the photo, but the tuft streamers are hard to deny.

When these two interact, is one more dominant than the other? Do they square off with hackles raised like that dinosaur that killed Newman in Jurassic Park?

If you watch how they interact with each other and with the rest of the flock, you should be able to tell. We may not be sure which is what gender, but they certainly do.
