Silkies have a very awkward grow-out stage so it is hard to say from those photos except to eliminate. For exampe, the one bird that shows pink skin on the face- not quality and like others have said I agree, it would lead one to question their stock/breeding in general.
Even the basics for a standard silkie can't be determined from the those photos. You want to start by checking for 5 well-defined toes, walnut comb, and all black skin. Carriage and plumage are not really evident until 6 months or longer.
The best bet at that age would be to ask for photos of the parents and the defining features, but I am with the others that as is I do not think those great quality silkies. That doesn't mean they won't be good pets though.
