Silkie still sat on eggs

My Silkie has been sat on ger clutch of eggs for 25 days now, although i dont know exactly when she started incubation as she was collecting eggs from my other girls. I have checked get eggs and there are definately chicks with good air pockets. The weather has been very hot, so we moved her to a much cooler place. Still no sign of pipping . She has been hunkered diwn for 4 days? Is it likely all the chicks have died in the shells?

Since you don't know the exact time period on all of the eggs as some have been added since she started setting, it is possible that some are still viable.
