White or citron would be my two guesses. Looks too light to be buffHi! I had one silkie hatch out of three eggs. I haven't named him/her yet. I'm curious about the coloring. Her/his mom is a black bearded silkie hen and father could be a black bearded roo or white splash bearded roo. The coloring on the chick seems orange/brown near the face. Has anyone seen this before and what coloring did your chick turn out to have?
